Registration

Register as an individual or form a group of 2-4 players.

Date & Venue

The tournament takes place on September 15, 2026 at 7:30am at the Angus Glen Golf Club. We are playing the North Course.

Cost

All fees are covered by Foresters but we encourage a minimum donation of $75 to PMCF.

Charity Impact

All money raised goes toward the PMCF's research in Computational Biology and AI.

Employees can register using their LAN ID. Sponsors will receive a magic link via email from tournament organizers.

Yes! You can register groups of 2-4 players. The first person in the group will be designated as the group leader.

Employees can join a waitlist and will be notified if spots become available. Waitlist entries are processed in first-come, first-served order.

No, but it is strongly encouraged. We think $75 is a fair amount for a fun day of golf, breakfast, lunch, 3 volunteer hours and a chance to win some great prizes. If you can donate more, that is great too!

Donations are made directly on our campaign page on the PMCF platform.

Rain or shine, we will still have the tournament as long as the weather is safe enough.

Yes! Participants can log 1 volunteer hour for donating and 2 hours for attending the tournament.

Yes, when you make your donation on the PMCF site, you will get a tax receipt.

Absolutely! During registration, you can specify dietary preferences and allergies to ensure we accommodate your needs.

The tournament format will be a scramble. This is a team-based format where everyone tees off, the best shot is selected, and all members play their next shot from that spot. This process repeats until the ball is holed, with the team recording one score per hole. At least two drives from each team member must be used.

Absolutely. There will be various hole prizes (eg. longest drive, closest to the pin), a silent auction, top three teams, most honest team, and a hole-in-one prize.

Regular golf attire is required, which excludes denim garments, cut off shorts, work boots, or high heels.

Yes, breakfast and lunch are included with your registration. Beverages will also be available on the course throughout the day.
